Esquseo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Esquseo service at app.esquseo.com and store.esquseo.com (the "Service"), operated by DUB SERVICES LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Esquseo examines publicly available information about an organization and returns a structured read across four areas: applicable data-protection laws, EU–US Data Privacy Framework participation, APEC/Global CBPR certification, and publicly stated security certifications.

2. Indicators only — not legal advice. The outputs are compliance indicators for triage purposes only. They are not legal advice, not a legal determination, and not a substitute for professional or regulatory verification. Data Privacy Framework and CBPR findings are checked against official registries where available; certification findings reflect what organizations publicly state and are not independently verified by us. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and, if you act for an organization, authorized to do so. Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email, so keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Credits

Assessments are run using credits. New accounts include a limited number of free credits. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by law or our Refund Policy. We may change pricing on a prospective basis.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: probing or breaching security; scraping or automated bulk extraction; reselling outputs as certified determinations; infringing others' rights; or using the Service unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and branding are owned by DUB SERVICES LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its outputs for your own internal purposes.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties for AI processing, hosting, email, and payments. Their availability and performance are outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUB SERVICES LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the outputs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DUB SERVICES LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
