Esquseo Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to credits purchased for the Esquseo service operated by DUB SERVICES LLC ("we", "us"). Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country. Where local consumer law, the policy of the reseller that processed your purchase, or this Policy provides a higher level of protection, the highest level of protection always applies.

1. How purchases are processed

Depending on your location, your purchase may be processed by a third-party reseller acting as Merchant of Record, or directly by us for local payments made in Armenian dram. Where a Merchant of Record processed your purchase, your refund may be handled by that reseller under its own refund policy; in every case, the terms set out below apply as a minimum standard.

2. Requesting a refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, or within any longer period required by applicable law or by the reseller that processed your purchase. To request a refund, use the receipt or confirmation you received for your purchase, the billing page of your account, or contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, where possible, within 14 days of approval. Processing times then depend on your bank or card issuer.

4. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in a country that grants a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right — for example, the 14-day right in the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and shorter unconditional periods in some other countries — that right applies in full, in addition to anything offered in this Policy.

5. Faulty or misdescribed service

If the Service does not work as described, or you cannot access what you paid for, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law. Contact us — or, where a reseller processed your purchase, that reseller — and we will put it right, including a refund where required.

6. Failed or duplicate charges

If you are charged but credits are not added, or you are charged in error or more than once, the affected amount will be refunded in full.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us — or, where a reseller processed your purchase, that reseller — before raising a chargeback, so we can resolve the matter quickly. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
